- Strong background in oops concepts and design patterns,
- Hands on experience with Adobe Flash CS3
- Professional Knowledge of Flash 7,8,9 SDK and FlashLite 3.1 Action Script 2.0 or 3.0 programming
- Should have experience on Flash performance/or he should be ready to work on Flash optimization.
Other Skill Sets(+ve) :
- Digital television and Set-top box domain knowledge
- Knowledge of Actionscript 2.0/3.0
- Designing using UML <5> Good communication skills
